In recognition of some fine photography I want to share a find I think everyone will enjoy. Simply an excellent photographer. My good friend Pelagic Pilot over at Southern Oregon RC Forums who showed me her work is also a friend of this artist extraordinaire. Someone to aspire too as I'm certain it will be a long while before I reach this photographers level of proficiency.

Enjoy ...

    Adobe CS2 Downloads

We don't see this happening often but Adobe have provided access to their old CS2 applications. Adobe have shut down their 'Software Activation' servers for all their CS2 products including Acrobat 7. To provide a way for the owners of the software to reinstall their applications Adobe have provided installers that do not require the activation servers. Required are the valid serial numbers which they have provided and you will need to setup an Adobe account in order to access the downloads.

The 'gotcha' is these applications we're created back in 2005 which makes them more than seven years old. These applications are still very powerful products which many would find very useful even today. However only legal users with a license for each individual application are allowed to install and use them. Nevertheless access is there for everyone to follow their own conscience.

Quote Adobe: "Adobe has disabled the activation server for CS2 products, including Acrobat 7, because of a technical issue. These products were released more than seven years ago, do not run on many modern operating systems, and are no longer supported. Adobe strongly advises against running unsupported and outdated software. The serial numbers below should only be used by customers who legitimately purchased CS2 or Acrobat 7 and need to maintain their current use of these products"

    Available for download ...

    • Microsoft® Windows® 2000/Windows XP. Intel® Pentium® III or 4 processor

Download - Serial Numbers are provided on the download page but an Adobe account is required to access the page. Serial Numbers are needed for successful installation.

Well, technically NO these Adobe applications are not "FREE" but really that depends on how one justified a less than high moral standing. It would seem sites are retracting or making themselves very clear the applications are not free because their lawyers have told them they shouldn't have said "CS2 is FREE" ... I guess you have to worry about such language issues when your site is dependent on advertising. No, You Can't Download Adobe CS2 Applications For Free, quote: "Update - Following a frenzy of Internet activity - and some confusion - it appears that Adobe isn’t giving away free copies of Adobe CS2 - Forbes
